If the Guide doesn’t answer…follow their instructions

Call all patrol leaders…tell them the message that needs to be conveyed

If a patrol leader does not answer…follow their instructions

Call all members of any patrol that does not have a patrol leader

Patrol Leader

Troop Guide

Call all new scouts in the troop (do not leave it up to the new scout patrol leaders)
