PY 05 Goals:

1. Rank Advancement

· 40% or greater of experienced scouts that are not 1^st class will achieve 1^st class by March 05.

· 40% of first years scouts will be 2^nd class by November 04

· 25% of first year scouts be 1^st class by April 05.

· 60% of first year scouts be 1^st class by the end of summer camp.

· Each 1^st class scout earn two eagle required merit badges before next Annual Planning Meeting.

· All 1^st year scouts will earn two eagle required merit badges before the next annual planning meeting.

· 40% of all 1^st class scouts or above will achieve one rank advancement before the next annual planning meeting.

2. Participation (80%TM, 65% Outings, 85%Summer Camp not including High Adventure, each patrol will meet a minimum of 15 times during the program year outside of troop meetings and troop outings)

3. Service Hours 600 hours (includes adult hours).

4. Fund Raisers $150 Greens, $500 Mulch (If we hit or exceed goals bonus to scout accounts)

5. Recruitment focus will be with Packs 572, 950 and 956 up to 2 patrols. Any scout from Pack 572 or Our Lady of Hope will be automatically accepted.
