Scoutmaster Conference (Advancement Process)
The Scoutmaster Conference worksheet has been discontinued. please follow the new process as outlined below.
  • Scoutmaster Conference New Rank Advancement Process

The troop is moving away from the Scoutmaster Conference work sheet to a neww process. In the new process a scout will:

    1. Scout should request an Individual Progress Report from advancement chair or committee chair
    2. If the IPR is not up to date then he must turn over his Boy Scout Handbook to the Advancement Chair to update Troopmaster with signatures in book.
    3. Scout should then request an SPL conference with SPL
    4. SPL should speak with Patrol Leader to verify scout spirit prior to meeting with scout (participation, spirit, etc.,)
    5. SPL should sign individual progress report that scout successfully completed the SPL conference
    6. Scout request SM/ASM conference
    7. SM/ASM conference
    8. SM/ASM sign scouts handbook
    9. Scout request BOR from Advancement Chair
    10. BOR

This form may be utilized if you have misplaced a permission slip for a specific outing.

Scout Account Reimbursement Request Form
This form should be utilized when a scout wants to make a scout related purchase utilizing funds in his troop scout account. The form requires Scoutmaster approval and receipts of the scout related items purchased (sleeping bag, mess kit, compass, hiking boots, etc.,)
